bienvenido Calamardo.

whit both of these circuits you can control directly VCO's VCA's VCF's on your SL whit your guitar.

also both circuits give out CV and gate.

i can't tell which one is better, lets hope that other members can advise you on that.

daniel

Gracias por responder!!. Im keep thinking that with these circuits (without mods) i can feed only the Vcf and Vca (guitar signal with gain). And gate the AR generator too. Can i really generate an envelope of my guitar signal to control the VCOs?. So sorry if im wrong im just a newbie, and thaks again!

well you are right. Embarassed now that i look the schematics cyclops the original Ray Wilson guitar trigger goes directly to VCF. and can not drive the VCO. but the moded one gives out CV so you could connect that to VCO's

sorry for the misinfo

That mod puts out a CV, but it's a CV which follows the envelope of the guitar note/chord. It can't track the frequency of the guitar. That takes a lot of work, and some very fancy circuitry, and a pickup with six individual coils, need I go on? Laughing
