Was reading this 9090 blog today and found a nice section on making your own ribbon cable headers. Thought it would be helpful for Klee builders:

Me too. I found the ribbon made for a very neat looking final poduct, though I still fret that I used too small a gauge @ 28 awg, also you have to be carefull to get every single crimp right, bug chasing is not fun.
