Though PdVst accepts midi data, I have been unable to send midi data from PdVst to the host (Bidule).
For instance, this won't work:

Have I missed something?
Is it possible at all?

All thoughts are welcome.
Thanks in advance.

Is it an older VST spec that doesn't support MIDI out?

Good question. I don't think VST 1.0 allowed MIDI output from a VST. And iVST added MIDI input (for synthesizers, etc). I started looking into these things over a year ago, but got distracted from it.

Does PdVST see your MIDI devices at all? Wondering if you can get around it using MIDIYoke (or similar) (hehe, that's what I was trying to get around using with keykit). However, MIDIYoke works very well.

I don't see any mention of midiout on the PdVST's website, maybe try contacting the author?

I'm just curious if you made any headway with this. I'm getting in Pd and would like to use PdVST to create midi effects, which would need this kind of midi output functionality.
