Further explorations of the dronescape by Mystified with his remarkable blue plastic trombone. Bone Drones has by now become an open-ended quest to find the sonic possibilities of the trombone as a drone instrument. "For Bone Drones 5, Mystified brought in some new elements. One was Paulstretch-- some of the pBone sounds were stretched before they were further effected, giving them more of a string-like quality. Another was bits and pieces of an ancient opera recording, highly warped and effected. You can hear them if you listen closely.
