Hello,

greetings from G2-elemenentrary school.

Since the constant-value knobs do (only) have a range from -64 to +64 (bip) or 0 to 64 (uni) and it is from time to time usefull to be able to work with values within another range (you can/want to define by yourself) I wanted to share this little patch for morphing/x-fading between the bottom-value and the top-value without having to use the G2-morph-function.
This way the limited amount of G2-morph-functions are not blocked with something easy like that and still can be used for more complex things.

For example it can be used to avoid the sometimes strange results you get when you adjust something to -64 (which seams to sound completely different from every other adjustment; sounding stepped) by setting the lower border to -63, this way avoiding -64.
Or when only adjustments whithin -12 and +12 realy do something (or sound good), but (close to) nothing happens (or sounds not desireable) when turned lower or higher then that.
