I just recently bought a Vermona Mono Lancet, and no sooner had I got it in my hands then I had the tools out to crack a look inside this baby.

I took some pics for other people to have a look at and see what kind of information we can pull of of this thing Smile

Its hard to tell from the pics alone, but there is an ATMega168 20AU on the board. The ISP headers are also present, so when I'm feeling more confident I'll try to dump the firmware Smile I just hope they haven't locked it.

Most things are surface mount, but not extremely fine pitch so things are in fact quite replaceable and all of the parts numbers are fairly standard.
There are some components on the other side of the board too but I didn't want to take this thing completely to pieces just yet.

It does indeed have a very obvious transistor ladder filter.
I presume the LM13700 is used for the VCA. The Atmega will be used for midi handling and cv conversion. There are some sections with an LM3046 so I presume there are where the VCO's are, but I will need to explore the photos farther. Most opamps are TL061/2s or similar.

The overall quality of the machine is pretty fantastic, and the sound is just incredible. All of the demos I have heard on line do not do this thing any justice.

Awesome, thanks for posting these.

We had a thread about the expansion pinout and I posted some photos inside the modular dock over at Muff's:
