Festival 2003:
The Outsider Electronic Music Festival will be held at the new club in
West Chelsea, Crobar.

The festival continues the tradition of the Electroclash Festival of
2001 and 2002 in bringing the finest, most cutting-edge talents in the
electronic music world. The term 'Electroclash', now popularized by the
festival name, was added to the English Dictionary in 2003. By changing
the name of the overall event, it allows artists that don't consider
themselves 'Electroclash' to be included. It also allows for the
festival to remain true to it's initial intent of bringing attention to
incredible new music artists and DJ talents.
This year the Outsider Electronic music Festival continues the tradition
of Electroclash and adds the energy of the nu-rock electronic artists,
and adds artists that bring the 'funk' to electro-wave. 25 artists over
