SDT-1000 Thermistor Info?

Hi:
I'm building a Roland System 100m - 121 VCF, and it needs a SDT-1000 10K thermistor.
I was planning to just replace it by a 10K metal film, but may be I could just replace it for a different thermistor and compensate in the circuit for any difference.
I can't find any info on internet about it, I know is 10K but don't even know if is NTC or PTC, or the ppm/C.
Can anybody knows anything about them? or point me to a datasheet.

The problem with Curetronics is that for international customers I have to go to another site, and there I can't find the SDT-1000, also the shipping prices for international customers are a bit crazy.
I found a local store that sells a 10K NTC thermistor 4200 ppm/K, I will give it a try.
