I have a simple circuit for an S-trig to V-gate convertor that I got from the Synthesizers.com website. I breadboarded it and it seemed to work well.

But when I power it from the same power header that I'm using for my MFOS ADSR, it doesn't work, and it also shorts(?) the ADSR.

I tried taking both +15, and +5 to power this S-trig convertor, but I tapped it right from the ADSR's header, before the ADSR's decoupling caps.

Is it possible that it needs to be tapped after the caps? This is the only thing I can think of to explain why it works fine when powered from a seperate header. I only thought of this just now, or else I would have tried it out already.

I'd like to have the S-trig circuit all together with the ADSR, and both powered from one header.

Any suggestions?
Thanks
