MIDI with Nord Lead 2x Rack Question- Help |
|
|
I need to know how to change between Manual and Performance mode just using a Radium 49 MIDI controller. I also cannot figure out how to change the bank on either of those modes with the controller, but if I move them to a low program number its not a problem. So, can anyone tell me how to switch modes with just the controller? Thanks. |

i don't know if you can do this...but...if the controller allows it you shoud assign some buton......but.........is it really hard? why can't you just push the button on your nord rack? |

I can't push the button because I'm using it live, and can't walk to the back of the stage and push a button everytime I want to switch modes. What I COULD do is save any regular program I might want to use as a performance with only one slot and just keep everything in performance mode. But I would still like to be able to switch back and forth. |

To switch between Program and Performance can be done by sending SysEx messages, therefor only possible using a sequencer in which memory the complete data file is stored...
So a laptop can do the trick.
