Anyone interested in me bringing a midi guitar |
|
|
Hi Guys,
Is anyone interested in me bringing along some midi guitar equipment, I am not a great musician but maybe people would be interested in playing around with it.
I also have a unit that splits each strings audio into a seperate audio output, maybe people would like to play around with plugging these audio signals into some synths, combined with the 6 channel midi output. I'm thinking especially about useing a couple of G2's to see what people can come up with.
So I am thinking along the lines of:
Laptop
Brian Moore i1.13 guitar.
Axon AX100 mkii guitar to midi converter
RMC Fanout Box (6 Audio outs from guitar, also 6 audio ins to send 6 channels of audio to AX100 to convert to midi)
Anyone interested in playing around with this sort of stuff?
Cheers

I'm not a guitar player myself, but I like to fool around with an ebow now and then. I wonder what an ebow does on a midi guitar, so, yeah, could be fun...

Yes, I'd like to see/try that, I'll bring two G2 engines and could, if needed, probably write some PC software for it. I'm not a very good guitar player, in fact I haven't touched one for two years or so, but still I'd find it very interesting.
Don't know though how much trouble it'd be for you to bring it. _________________ Jan

I have a rare MIDI banjo, but I'm not going to bring any gear with me to Europe. I just home someone will have a G2 or preferably a G2X I can play and demonstrate some of my techniques. _________________ --Howard

So I get to meet Jan, Rob and Mosc. It will be good to meet the people behind the words on the forum.
Is there a list of all the people attending?
Cheers

Note that the organisation will not publish a public list of the attendees.
The Europe2007 usergroup is neither correct nor complete!
Those who have already booked are automatically subscribed to the Chateau Sonore emaillist. The memberlist of that emaillist is correct and complete. |

Maybe other people have this problem as well.
You can just reply to a message that has appeared on the list, you don't need a password for that. A password is only needed to change your subscription details, you'll find all the info you need by clicking on the link at the bottom of any of the mails already sent out. To obtain your password just request a password reminder to be sent to you.
Please note this is a mailing list set up for attendees only and it is not possible to add your self. _________________ Jan

Yes, it was broken because of a configuration error. It is fixed now. _________________ --Howard
