I was searching for the same some time ago, but I already have a 01X mixer which has some decent effects to use.

In my quest for finding an affordable effects unit I found the Behringer V-Verb pro REV2429. I once saw one of those sold in eBay for only 90 euro.

It's very cheap and its quality seems to be reasonably good for the price, but I have not listened to it.
