Hi. I have a question about the Animusic videos. They combine music with animations. Their website is www.animusic.com, but you can see some of their videos on Google video or YouTube.

They use a proprietary program called Midimotion to do the animations. They talk about that here: http://www.animusic.com/company-software.html

Midimotion is not available commercially, so does anyone know of any products on the market that does the same thing? Basically, I'm looking for something that controls my animations based on the speed/beat/sound of the music. Thanks.

My kids love those samples.

The music is a little too general midi for my personal taste, but it looks like a fun concept.

The free ray tracer "Povray" could do stuff like this with a little help from some python code to generate the spline data, and a lot of imagination/hard work.

Once the PS3 gets all the kinks worked out, I imagine it would have the horse power to do stuff like this in real time.
