Here's what pouring and boiling water should sound like on the A6. Short little video with A6 liquid sounds put to video.

Here's an mp3 of a quite intense Pad ambient patch i made today.
I am still a noob at A6 programming though.
You can hear the LFO modulations and I use the Ribbon in the first part of the
piece but it's not that easy to hear.

Called it Astynn Jungle Smile

Another ambient pad piece. Rather melancholic but very big and full sounding I think.
Added some Reaktor 5 reverb. I'm making the slow wah effect with the ribbon controller.
Maybe a little too long. Maybe not!

The last melancholic ambient pad piece was nice, a real nice synth sound! Smile Would you care to share the midifile?

Hi klagga

I'm very glad you like it!
I hate being a miser but I'm planning to make a track out of this patch and have already uploaded this same piece to myspace.com/thesoarer. So at the moment I'm not so willing to share it. Sorry. But I'll be making other patches and I promise I will share some good patches soon. I hope you understand.

At this time I'm just uploading sounds so that people can hear the potential of the A6.

I and Boele from the A6 mailing list have spoken about making a user-A6-bank project for all A6 users who wants to participate. We all just contribute a few or more patches each. I have planned to start this project in the beginning of august. I hope you'll participate!

another site? another link?
why not simple use the means we already have like this site for the patching and the code404 for also questions? would be much easier for everybody, it otherwise becomes a car with 10 pair of wheels :undrivable.

Hi Sunny

I completely agree and had already thought it would be great to put the final sysex bank file right here on this forum. What I meant was just that we were discussing this on the A6 mailing list. I think this forum is real great and it's good to see all the activity recently. Yeah, let's upload it here. I hope many users will participate so that we will gather several banks!

i always dreamed of people swapping patches and learning from each other that way, so count me in.
by the way there 's also a special department on this electromusic thing:
http://electro-music.com/forum/forum-38.html
don't know if that would be an idea or if just this special a6 site would be most usefull.
other thing is that unfortunately most people like to take but seem to be "unable " to give. don't know if it's a practical or ethical thing. anyway i really welcome the idea.

As Chaim Wietzman once said, "If you will it, it is no dream."

I just created a special sub-forum just for A6 patches. Please let me know what file types (extensions) if any that need to be enabled.

If there is anything else I can to to help, please let me know.

Happy patching.

Excellent! Thanks mosc. This is getting better and better!

The file types should be sysex: .SYX

And maybe also .mp3 so that we can upload an Mp3 of the sound.

think already .sys .mp3 or .mid ( for those who want an alternative/easy way to upload patches ) are already possible on the electromusic site (?)

Nice thing with a library of patches, mosc!

Yeah, this community is getting better and better!

(As soon as my programming A6 is getting anywhere, I´ll put up my own patches there, too.)

Very Happy

Hi Sunny and others

Since you are watching this thread I'd just like to let you know that I have announced the A6 user bank community project on this and some other sites.

I know I should make a good example and be the first to upload a few patches but I'm going to make the great switch from PC to Mac soon Smile so until then my Audio interface is not allowing me to receive patches Sad
