SIEL EX-80/Suzuki SX-500
So, you probably never heard of SIEL and didn't know that Suzuki made Synthesizers. Well, never mind, afaik it's not the motorcycle guys.
Anyway, EX-80 and SX-500 are the same thing, and I don't think many are still around, for they are known to break easily. They were made in 1985.
Somebody somewhere wrote: "I hated the sound then, I like it now". Same with me, and luckily enough this - cough - beast is CC#-able.
Sander Meyer provided the MIDI chart.

Here's a much better patch for controlling the expander and a patch that makes the Siel mutatable. The EX-80 is not fast enough to grasp all the MIDI-CC data at once, so you have to mutate the sound and then press the Switch button to transmit one CC after the other. When done transmitting, the Siel will play the new sound for 5 secs.
A patch to make the mutator work for the EX-80. Press the switch button to transmit the data and the expander will play the new sound when it's done processing.

This is why I'd want one. That or a Mono. Something orgasmic like that. i know some Siel pieces are not that great, but I would like one. Thank you though for your welcome though.
I'm just not understnading why you don't like them...
Obsolescence is the state of being which occurs when a person, object, or service is no longer wanted even though it may still be in good working order. Obsolescence frequently occurs because a replacement has become available that is superior in one or more aspects.
