Hi friends,
I have a problem with the auto tune.
when I press auto tune Andy,tune all voices except voices 1 and voices 2.
I am forced to the reset Andy and only then all voices work and is tuned.
why? what is broken?

is the andy properly warmed up?
do you have a tuner?
when both yes, tune, then go to monvox page to view the voices.
switch the ones off which are already in good tune and do a second ( and or third) tuning of the remainers.
-when after some tuning they can all be tuned ,then* maybe resetting the tunings tables or when you have done that a few times,* maybe reinstalling the 0S ,or when that doesn't work *go back to the seller with the guarantee.
-when it's still not possible to tune the voice1+2 , maybe the voicechip1/2 is broken , solution is guarantee again and in the waiting time disabling the voice

read manual it's something like switching on the a6's power and keeping softbutton 4 (or 5 or three , don't know excatly and don't have the manual here so just look it up before pleas)

warming up you do by when playing the a6, make sure the temp in your room is never less thes 30C. gasburners can also be handy
afcourse leaving it on for 15 minutes is also sufficient
