hi all,

i am looking for the ssm2164. it is not available as sample from analog devices and i can't order regularly from them for i have no VAT number, so: does anyone have some left-overs? i'd asked for 3 of them (or at least 1).

Matthias,

I have a bunch on their way to me; should be here in about a week. If no one else has come up with a few for you by then; I'll have extras.

Hi,

I'm organizing a group-buy in the german Sequencer.de-Forum -> Here. For some other european people this could be interesting, too.

Cheers,
Mike

Looks like a few people have the parts available (above posts). The 2164 can also be ordered from Digi-Key, although I think that's not quite as attractive to our friends across the pond.

Magic Smoke is working on a LARGE purchase of 2164s and 2K tempcos and we should have those available in 4 to 8 weeks (about 2 weeks on the tempcos, the 2164s are the long lead time items). Seems like a long time, but we want to get a reasonable amount in stock.

The 2164 looks like a very popular chip. Analog Devices is actually sold out for the next month or so!

Cheers,

Tim ("Popular Chip" sounds like a good band name) Servo
