Not having the 3.5k to buy a noise box such as this, I built a stripped-down version on the NM, it only has 3 filters so that most controls are at yr finger-tips. To be totally honest, I haven't got so much useful sounds out of it, but it's interesting at least.

(note Blue Hell: I put the patch back in here)

I bought mine new for 190 EUR from touched by sound, so they are possible to find cheaper new from store. I have seen some on the second hand market already. Be on the lookout! Smile It really is a wonderful box, sometimes I can't believe how the non-linear behaviour imitates a really nice tubey crunch.

Before I caved in and bought mine I also tried to implement something similar in Nord Modular, but never got far. Going to check out how your thoughts went in patching something similar, interesting!

I've been pleasently surprised by the digital filters on the NM...most digital filters don't do it for me, but these ones have their own charm.

Sadly I don't have my Micro Modular anymore, so I can't try it out, but I'm interested in the ideas behind it. Could you explain how it works?

GeneralBigBag,

Thanx a lot.

I downloaded it, so I hope it's okay for me to post it.

Can anyone here explain neural net synthesis?

Wow. Superfast Laughing . Thank you very much.

You can download the manual at www.jayemsonic.de. There is an english version. Some samples of the box and other links too.

Take a look at the manual, neural net synthesis ist well explained there.
It's written like a white paper, not bad.

The German link works for me, the English doesn't...

Is it possible to upload the first patch again?
