This is my kit backlog:

Posted Image, might have been reduced in size. Click Image to view fullscreen.

The top row, from left to right:

Oakley "Little Lag"
Tellun corp. add-on for MOTM VCLFO (extra outputs, high-range switch)
Tellun corp add-on for MOTM sub-octave (individual outs, extra mode)
Oakley VCO
Oakley VCO
J Larry Hendry octave selector
Tellun corp board for MOTM envelope generator (adds light & internal comparator)
Oakley noise generator w/1pole HP and LP filters

The bottom row, resting on the keyboard, left to right:

Pair of boards for Oakley octal resonator
8 x stage boards for CGS sequencer
master board for CGS sequencer
CGS analog shift register
J Larry Hendry interval selector
2 x JH Tau phaser boards
Tellun corp MUUB board (which I'm going to use to mod the MOTM CS80 filter w/.)

On top of this I have an ongoing project which is to put all my MOTM modules behind ModCan style faceplates. This is to save space.

I've banned myself from buying any more PCBs until I get some of this stuff finished up. The exceptions to this rule are the Klee sequencer, and any of JH's forthcoming boards. And anything else I fancy, if I'm honest w/myself, so my self-imposed rule is worth 0 really, isn't it.

Nearest completion are the Oakley VCOs, the JH tau, and the CGS sequencer.

Post up yours! Make me feel like less of a lamer for letting my stuff pile up so!

I'll have to make a list, but I can't guarantee I can post it - I'm not sure the electro-music server has the volume to handle it Very Happy

Laughing

It'd make a great song, actually - like that bubble gum "Life is a Rock (But the Radio Rolled Me)" or REM's "It's The End of the World".

"Tau PHaser, Snicster, Mankato Filter, CGS Burstgen, Thomas Henry UD1 - Klee?-Klee! Built it......"

Wahey! I've finally got a bit of time to clear some pieces that've been burning too long..
Just now I whacked out:
Front panel and assembly for Fonik SSM LPF - all complete but not tested yet.
Two front panels for UD1 voices
Due tomorrow:
Front panel for Fonik's TH Super Controller
PCB for new PT2399 delay layout core
Try out SMD IC surfboard making (wish me miniature luck!)
Building of UD1 boards and maybe the SuperController

Also mulling:
SN-Voice (I've had that quite a while)
Dual XRVCO module learning from the excellent VCO chip cookbook.

I'll get some photos up soon as the front panel engraving is coming out really well (and using the first of a large batch of custom made blank Frac panels - got 'em from a local metal works with anodizing and they work out under 1/4 of the price of the blanks from Paia...)

&, oh yeah, I need to get back to the Klee project! Do the final tweaks and test some more (oh, and play!)

Oh come on guys, I`m jealous. I only have a CGS Psycho Lfo on backlog waiting for a panel and power supply. I`d love to have a zillion things on back-log so I could order all the parts to complete them at once rather than pay for 1 pound of shipping for every fraction of an ounce little piece Evil or Very Mad

ASM-2
MFOS - 2 oscillators
1 S&H
1 Noise cornucopia
1 LFO
1 dual VCA
1 state variable filter
1 ladder filter
1 8 stage phaser

I have all the parts required to build all these, including the pots, jacks and switches, I just need time.

A CV keyboard that is half done
7 circuit boards of my own to populate and troubleshoot
2 more cabinets to hold all this stuff, not to mention making front panels
I also need to draw up some boards for TH's 21 Century synth (I have all the parts)

Need more?

You will never know how much WILLPOWER it took, NOT to order a Klee!!!

You guys aren't trying.

My current module backlog is 128 modules; including some stuff that is larger than a typical module (5 ASM-1s, TB9090, two MILTON sequencers, a uCapps MIDI-CV). I'm short some switches, a few front panels, and about 450 knobs, otherwise, I've got all the parts here and bagged by module.

I expect that my unborn children's children will be building some of this.

Oh yeah, the Klee makes 129.

mines little, top to bottom left tor right:

ASM-2
YUsynth filterbank ( his board wont fit in my frakrack! so I decided on stripboard )
Yusynth steiner filter
soundlab
PAIA MIDI2CV
YUsynth Sawanimator
Soundlab

My problems have only just started though, I have just got into etching boards, its very hard to fight the temptation of printing and etching every PCB on the internet

Same problem here, I am ashamed to say.

Left to right

t/g/t/s/h missing a 16 pin IC socket, the headers and some 5.6V zener diodes

SN Voice (1 missing 16 pin IC socket, and a few odd resistors, the other missing everything due to lack of 76477s)

YuSynth DC mixer (missing front panel components)

6x Fonik SSM2040 VCFs (missing any excuses as I have all the parts)

2x 76477 controllers (not even started until I find some 76477s)

The Klee will probably preempt building any of the Thomas Henry stuff except maybe the almost-done SN Voice. The T/G/T/S/H is next to complete. Then the filters, then when I get some 76477s I'll work on the rest of the SNs.

The biggest delay cause, seems to be a live-in relationship with a girlfriend! Laughing

As of this moment still to do:

- final wiring on my current 8 module panel
- trimming of extra wood from the panel, to it's normal 3U 19" rack size
- staining and polyurethaning of it

- completion of the former VCO, modified Bi-N-Tic panel to: VCO a, VCO b and Wave Multiplier

- completion of the dual Ray Wilson ADSR panel, that will also resurrect my: S&H; dual NAND Gate; White Noise Source from my previous 1V/oct sequencer panel - with the addition of 2 x Barry Klein LFOs and Electronotes Comparator; Differencer; Full Wave Rectifier module

- addition of the 2 completed VCAs to the quad VCA panel; construction of the 4th VCA for it (all Ken Stone VCAs)

- moving my current PowerOne 1.5 amp supply to a permanent panel

- building a 2nd panel for my 2nd PowerOne 1.5 amp supply that I just got

- resurrecting my original 20U 19" rack that I had built, as my current 30U 19" rack has only enough space left for 1 more 3U panel

That with prototyping about to begin for my new 1V/octave seqeuncer and drum sequencer ideas as well as a Klee Sequencer to be ordered as soon as the PCBs are available.

At least I have almost all of the parts that I need, for everything. Smile

Oh yeah! And other PCBs that I've bought, but still haven't constructed:
- Bi-N-Tic #2
- Charlie Lamm dual SSM2164 VCA #2
- Ken Stone VCO #3
- Ken Stone Wave Multiplier (as mentioned above)
- Ken Stone VCA #'s 5 and 6
- Jurgen Haible's Tau Phaser
- RE-completion of Bi-N-Tic #1

The at first mentioned relationship - limits my actual building time to 2-3 hours per day. Sad Thank golly neither of us has any kids! LOL

Hey, Edison, I may be able to spare you a few SN76477s for a good price - I got a big batch a while ago and think I still have slightly more than enough - I'll check if you're interested...

I realised today that its actually the backwaters of my workshop that are really clogged and calling to be sorted sometime. I guess I have spread to fill the available space while really only working in one core area - so there's old bits'n'pieces dotted all around including a couple of piles of semi-complete/obsolete/untested circuits that I need to sort and rescue/destroy.

Still, I got some more work done on the SSM, UD1s and THSC today. I really love the SSM filter already. Oh, and remembered a couple of Paia bits - Theremax (interested in the CV options and gotta read all the mods) and Drumtone board..

Here's some pics.

Eh. I have a lot:
2 4ms Noiseswash boards (I did finish a tweaker version with some mods a while back)
4 4ms Triwaves (one board completed)
A ton of CGS boards
A ton of etched MFOS modules
2 Tellun Neural Agonizers
2 SN-Voice
1 Tau Pipe
2 SSM2044 filters
1 Cocolase (dead board purchased cheap, repaired, needs to be housed)
2x Soundlabs (both patched in a gun case)
plus much more I can't seem to recall off the top of my head.

Just buying time until I can buy a nice heavy box of faceplates to begin the cnc engraving. I am ending up moving at a snails pace on my modular.

Huh - I'm not nearly as backed up as I thought - at least compared to some of the posts here.

Unpopulated Boards on-hand..
1 - Thomas Henry Super Controller
2 - MFOS Dual VCA
1 - Wogglebug #3
1 - TH Mankato

Boards confirmed or in progress..
1 - EM Klee!
1 - TH SN Voice
and waiting on several others to be confirmed

Currently working on..
CGS Pulse divider

Just finished..
Psuedo-Random 6-Gate Generator

I keep telling myself I'm waiting for winter to kick in before really getting down to business - but truth be told, being backlogged like this is a glorious misery...
