This patch records knob movement "on the fly", which in this case means the knob movement is recorded when the knob is turned. If the knob is not used, it replays what was recorded.

Main idea can be found here: http://www.electro-music.com/forum/post-37709.html#37709

A bit of the same: here you can "preload" a sequence and change the running sequence at once with the push of a button.

You can see it as sequencer modulation, but I rather look at it like a knob movement recorder. Laughing
Can be of good use e.g. recording the movement of the pitch stick and repeat the same movement with an on/off-pedal, so both hands are free.
Or, like in the above (bad sounding for educational purposes) example, as a tone source shaper vector synthesis style.

Unfortunately, the recent server catastrophe resulted in the loss of virtually all attachments posted between Oct 25, 2006 and today, Aug 20, 2007. Fortunately, it is possible to reload attachments. The process is pretty simple.

this truly is something im looking for.. it will take some time before my beauty gets back with the expansion... but i do notice some glitches on the demo version with your patch (ye my g2 is beeing replaced) does that knob record tweaking has influence on voice polyfony? im testing it on the demo, and if i turn the rotary it will response only on tight turns with the knob, it doesnt react with smooth movements. Adjust the 'Time' knob on the Glide1 module to fix that
