Newbie, I guess, question: Why can't I put "fx in" in my patch?
I may not understand how the whole thing works, so please help me! Rolling Eyes

That module can only go in the FX area.

Because the FX bus only goes from the voice area to effects area within the same slot, when you want to route from the FX area back to the voice area (or actually to anywhere) you'll have to use one or more channels on the global bus (which is just called 'bus').

It's function is to receive a signal from the Voice Area, which is of no use in the VA. If you want to use the external in, use the 2-in or 4-in module.
