when you link more than one sequencer in series (more steps), then an option rename the step numbers to 17 - 32 for the 2nd sequencer (if the previous has it's loop off), and 33 - 47, and so on ...

what do you think? this does not sound un"reason"able (no pun intended to the reason sequencers Wink )

The reason I ask, is I just got a Midi Solutions Event Processor and am using it to change patterns inside my rs7000 (thanks to Palle D. for the sysex for it Wink ) via midi. I am running looooooong sequences, one for each section of the Haagen Dasz set.

The other problem is displaying the step bar # on the panel (which goes up to bar 128 possibly), which I am trying to figure out (I am calclulating it correctly, but cannot find a midi controllable parameter that goes from 0..127 which could also be panel assigned (as my count indicator as that found in an rs7000).

the master (aka acceptance) g2 is controlling the set at a high level, and therefore needs to run a long sequence of pattern changes in the rs7000. I want to display where it is in time on my panel, so I can decide which track to go to (since I am not using a laptop for my performance, I will not see all the patch on a screen in the editor).

do we have such a parameter in a module? well in the midi cc send and recieve we do, but the controller number is not MIDI assignable, even though you can put them in the panel Sad blah

oh well, survive we will, regardless of when an OS update occurs.
