I have just installed the software for the NM G2 and it causes my Mac (PowerBook G4, 1.33, 512 RAM) to kernel panic pretty frequently. Any solutions/similar issues?

i've had that happen too.

my routine is to start up the editor before powering up the nord. to shut down, i quit the editor before shutting off the nord.

doing it this way hasn't given me any problems yet.

hope it works for you.

OS X 10.3.x?

I rarely see kernel panics these days.

Yes, 10.3.4
My machine has never had a good time with USB devices.
I'll try that startup routine.

Funny, on Windows XP I have to do the exact opposite when shutting down - if I turn off the G2 when the editor isn't running, I get a Blue Screen of Death.
