Does anyone have a schematic and or design formulas for an analog 3dB per octave low pass filter? (Sometimes called a pink noise filter.)

http://electro-music.com/forum/post-35398.html has a Nord Modular G2 implementation and some words accompanying it, maybe it's of some use.

This website has a few interesting circuits, including a couple of 3dB/oct filters.
