I'm basically set on buying a G2, however, I am a bit bothered that after so much time, Clavia does not support Intel based Macs. Any info on that decision? I've tried to search, but honestly could find a straight answer.

Supposedly they are working on something right now. I think they even posted some info somewhere.

Of course that was true for supporting the original Nord Modular under OS X, also, and we all know how that turned out.

JSRocket, If you like what the product does _today_ go ahead and get it. Otherwise, either buy something else, or wait until the product does what you want. I know my experience with Clavia and their support of the original Nord Modular has made me think twice about buying another Clavia product. I would have purchased a G2, for sure, had they not fallen short with their support for the G1.

I hear ya, but since I only have two Apple intel machines... $1600 is alot to spend on a synth that is not fully supported. How does it work in Rosetta?

Thanks. Man, I wish I wouldn't have had to read 10 pages of bitching to get the info directly from Clavia...but you've made me feel better nonetheless. Is the beta version only available to those few who got it when the Clavia guy asked for testers? In any case, I guess I am safe to buy.

I think so. You'll have to wait for the official release.
