cgs ken stone sub form? |
|
|
i vote for a sub forum.......
we should be discussing these great pcb's more. i, for one, needed more guidance than i found on the web to build some of the modules. i pushed through them, but i think i ended up with some issues that could have been avoided if i had better resources (like this forum).
the cgs pcbs are great!

i second that emotion. would be particularly helpful to have individual (stickied?) threads for each module that gets some attention, so that could become the reference thread for panel designs etc.

Much of the CGS info is on the Yahoo Group. But I, by far, prefer the community and user interface here. Ken might not want to offer guidance in too many places on the web and keep it centralized. Still, this doesn't mean that we can't talk about out CGS stuff here. Yes please! |

It is a great idea is Ken is down for it. I think Yahoo's format is bone-headed and outdated however, I thought the fact that we do not have a Ken Stone forum by now meant that he wanted to keep things over there. _________________ " I went through quite a few trannies til I found one I liked" - Wild Zebra |

is it wrong for cgs users to create a forum to discuss his designs regardless of whether he participates? i would obviously love for him to be a part of such a thing... but does it really matter? we could share our experiences here in a format that better suits us than a yahoo group. i mean that with full respect for him.... still |
