The attached patch is a proof of concept, for which I would like suggestions.

The idea is that if you play single notes, you get the notes you play; but if you play several notes at a time, you get a single note that is in the middle of the chord you played, after which the notes' pitches spread apart until they settle on the chord's notes.

I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone can suggest simplifications, because understanding such suggestions is a good way to learn.

 Description:
A simple patch: It just uses triangle waves for its output and doesn't even try to modulate them. The note quantizer is so that the starting pitch will actually be a note.
