Subject description: SOLD OUT (28 NOV 08)
Reply with quote  Mark this post and the followings unread

since i got some request for a 2nd run lately i decided to do a 2nd run of these PCBs. i got enough advance orders to let it happen now.

SOLD OUT - 28 NOV 08

i am taking advance orders. i am not taking money until the PCBs arrived from manufacturer and i found them to be okay...

i will order the PCBs from manufacturer on 1 AUG 08. so there will be time left to place an advance order for those who are currently on vacation. the PCBs should be available on 14 AUG 08 then. hope that's okay for all involved?

original thread
Recommendations for PCB offers on electro-music.com

this is an attenuverting mixer. one attenuverter for each input. all attenuverted signals where summed, as long as the appropriate single output is not used (switching jack sockets). the summed signal is switchable from AC to DC. in AC mode the summed signal goes goes thru a cap. in DC mode the the cap is bypassed and the signal is also routed to a LED driver indicating the positive or negative parts of the signal.

this is an easy to build project, no obsolete, expensive or hard to find parts.

so here is the updated documentation for the 2nd run (v3):
Attenuverting Mixer Rev2

pricing (paypal preferred):

europe
9.-EUR each PCB
+1x p&p 3.-EUR (2.50EUR germany)

worldwide
13.-USD each PCB
+1x p&p 7.-USD

I'd like a pair of these boards - I already posted this on the other thread, not sure if I need to double post it or not, so here it is again.

Also, does anyone here have a link handy for the center tapped pots that could be used in this circuit?

Hi Fonik,
Glad to see there's another chance to get these, I have been interested in them since your first run! I'll push it over the top, put me down for 4, most definitely!
Regards,
Phil

i'm very interested, but my setup is +-12v. Do you think this circuit works with 12v and will it fit into an eurorack?

no problem at all. you won't have to change anything!

the PCB itself is rather small (3.8 x 2.3) and will fit into eurorack quite well. BTW i am using eurorack myself Very Happy
