The original patch was called Birdmosphere. It seems more appropiate to me Echoes from the Abyss for this conversion.

As usual, I don't know how was the sound effect in NM1. Maybe totally different.

Here LFO's and Glide modules have priorityon the FX canvas result.

Only six variations active, c'mon guys put your hands on it and modify as you like!

Modular,

I like this patch. It's fun to play the different vaiations. Great job...

But...

It's pretty hard to figure out what is going on in someone's else patches. Playing the patch on the keyboard is one thing, but messing arround with the internal settings takes a bit of concentration. When the patch has none of the internal parameters mapped to the G2's control surface's knobs and buttons, playing around with the patch is more difficult, and I'm sure it's enough to prevent a lot of people going into the patch any further.

A suggestion not just to you, but to all patch contributers; make the patches more user friendly by bringing out the nice controlls to the control surface. Good maping of adjustable functions to the pramater pages is a very valuable part of a patch.

If there is good knob assigments, it's OK to have only 2 or 3 variations, because all the "user" has to do is experiment around and save the variations.

Just a humble suggestion to one who very much appreciates what you are doing.

You're right Howard. Embarassed

Usually I put my focus on it.
And I try to morph the controlls who are essential to make variations to the sound and assign parameters to knobs too.
This time I think I was in hurry to post this new patch and a bit tired in time passed to program my G2 then I forgot to complete this.

I agree with you about it and would be nice to have in every patch, modules colored and renamed by the utility and functions who they support to change the timbre/effect on the patch

thanks anyway for the feeds Smile

Actually. I find assigning the knobs the most difficult part of patching. Oh, it's easy to assign the knobs, but organizing them so the patch is playable is a real challenge. I'm always rearranging things so you don't have to fumble with the page selector buttons too much.
