From experience with the previous run of Klee boards, some non USA deliveries can be very late. The longest one I know about was to the UK, but I've received word that some of the UK boards have already arrived so you never know. The last run was around Christmas time, so maybe the postal system was overloaded then. _________________ --Howard

Problems ordering Subject description: can't get past delivery info |
|
|
Hi,
I'm trying to order a set of boards but I can't seem to get past the delivery info part.
I keep getting the same error:
United States Postal Service
An error occured with the USPS shipping calculations.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks,
Dave |

Thanks for the heads-up about the problem with the international postal rate calculator. It seems that recently the US Postal Service made some changes to their web API.
It is working now so please give it a try.
Thanks for your patience. _________________ --Howard

I can tell you, there are thousands of internet stores all experiencing this problem. This is a big mess. I think big shippers have staff just to maintain their software, but this is a big problem for the little guys. Many stores will switch from the US Postal Service to some private shipper like UPS or FedEx even if the rates are higher. _________________ --Howard

Any chance of run #3? I already have one set, but can (coough...) always use (...ahem, ahem...) another for ummm... backup and stuff. You know. Just in case I accidentally end up with 2 panels or anything like that. Totally by accident I mean. It could happen, you know. |

There is a definite possibility of a third run, but it will have to wait until after electro-music 2008. Look for some news in September perhaps. _________________ --Howard

Hi Mosc.
I saw a demonstration on YouTube of the Klee 2, I must say it looks pretty cool.
I would be very interested in one if not 2.
Thanks for the welcome |
