Need some help sequencing external gear

But I can't get my monosynth to receive and MIDI...

I'm trying to send DSI sequences as MIDI from my Evolver desktop to my monosynth. I've tweaked all the parameters I can think of, but my monosynth is still silent. I've it set to receive on channel 1, and I can trigger it from my MIDI keyboard, so I know that it works via MIDI, but no matter what I do on the DSI the sequences won't play on my external MIDI hardware.

I have OS 3.0 (according to the DSI manual that came with the Evolver).

Here are my Evolver settings:

- MIDI Xmit: ALL
- Poly Chain: OFF
- MIDI Clock: OUt
- MIDI Chan: 1
- Trigger Sel: ALL

I'm just playing preset sequences for now, but no blippy bloopy.

Not sure what I'm missing, any help appreciated!

You need to set the sequencer destination to send to midi, see page 18 in the manual.
