I got Battery way back. I have used it for handling samples of drumhits and stuff I have already recorded and edited. I have used Battery for A Scanner Darkly, We Can Build You and Transmigration. I have not much experience with samplers so I have no idea how good it is. At least it worked for me. The alternative for me would have been old fashioned audio editing /"tape" editing.. so this was less timeconsuming.
