Well, turns out that the main electro-music festival will be the last weekend in October. I had scheduled a regional electro-music festival here in Kansas City the first weekend in October.

Besides the electro-music festival in NJ, I also want to attend the Live Looping festival in Santa Cruz, which is in October, too.

So, I have to decide whether to forge ahead with the Kansas City event as planned or change the date.

Please participate in this poll -- it will help me to make a decision.

Thank you.

Woo hoo! Vote #1. This is practically in my backyard, so any time works for me, pretty much.

I'm flexible too but, I think if you schedule it any earlier than summer, there won't be enough time to promote it adequately.

Please reference the link above -- I cross-posted to the original thread.

I had to move the date because I will attend the electro-music festival and the Live looping festival in October. So, for me to organize an October festival was going to be nearly impossible for me to manage.

So, we are scheduled for July.

If posserous, avoid the 4th - I missed the last one due to being in Penang - I can't afford to miss another blast'em apart/blow-em up session with the kid before he's old enough to be too cool for Dad.....

... didn't want to interfere with family vacations, etc... that people want to do around the 4th.

Awesome Kevin! I think 7/24 -26 will work great! This will be a wonderful event to look forward to in the summertime. I can't wait! Very Happy Does this mean the ambient pool party is back on again?

Well, let's see what people want to do. We can't get the pool until 8pm for private parties... so let's see how the schedule works out. Smile

About a month ago, I got engaged to a lovely girl from KC (Liberty). We're getting married in May, so I may be able to make this if it's in the summer. (Although we'll be living in Louisiana, but we're going to go up to visit throughout the year) Is there a big group of electronic musicians there?
