I was wondering about this eSATA port on my MBP that I am not using but the reviews I read about it are not really comforting.
I know Apogee uses it for their Symphony Mobile system. So there must be a way to make it work.
Any experience with it?

No idea, I´m using various Sata/eSata cards on my big macs. -Not with the Symphony though...
