Help with the LM339

What Im wanting to do is detect when there is audio from a stereo to a speaker. This is what Im trying, but its not working. Im sure the problem is obvious, but I cant see it.

Any help appreciated.
Resistor 1 is 10k, Resistors 2 are 1k, and Resistor 3 is 3.3k. Just noticed on the diagram that I forgot to include it, but the VCC is +5V and gnd is 0. They are correctly connected.

Hi!

I don't know about the rest of the circuit but on the line in part there has to be a resistor to ground in between the input cap and the diode.
