HIGH MAYHEM FESTIVAL
http://www.highmayhem.com
Event Location: CCA, 1050 Old Pecos Trail, Santa Fe, NM
Event Dates: November 7th though 9th, 2003
SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO is home to the HIGH MAYHEM multimedia art collective,
a cadre of musicians artists and scientists who are not yet convinced that
there is nothing new under the sun. The inventors of HIGH MAYHEM create
challenging new sounds and visions for possible futures and seek out others
who share the same sense of curiosity, adventure, and addiction to free
will. Their explorations culminate in an annual festival, aptly named the
HIGH MAYHEM FESTIVAL. |

You are well compensated by living in Norway. Don't know if you have ever been there, but Texas is not Norway. |

Well, this festival is in Santa Fe, New Mexico. That's a very nice place. Yes, you're right, winning the lottery would make it possible to just follow your nose to places like this. Good luck... |

this thread is a mayhem indeed
Main Entry: may·hem
Pronunciation: 'mA-"hem, 'mA-&m
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English mayme, from Anglo-French mahaim, from Old French, loss of a limb, from maynier to maim, probably of Germanic origin; akin to Middle High German meiden gelding, Old Norse meitha to injure
Date: 15th century
1 a : willful and permanent deprivation of a bodily member resulting in the impairment of a person's fighting ability
b : willful and permanent crippling, mutilation, or disfigurement of any part of the body
2 : needless or willful damage or violence
How is it possible to use a teletransportation device as used in Star Trek?
In Star Trek, all it takes to teleport people is a bit of camera trickery: but in real life teleportation belongs very firmly in the realm of mega-science. It is simply possible to separate people into a beam of atoms and transmit them over space, re-assembling them at the other end, we just don't have the technology yet. If you did split up someone's atoms would they survive, and could we fit them back together again? The answer to both questions is yes.
