I'm so excited, I wanted to share about my new Octopus. It had a small ding on the left side, so I got a small discount. This is Vampire #008. I thought they would all be sold by now, but I guess no one wanted one with a small blemish. It is still a beautiful machine! Now to find the time to learn it properly!

I will post pics and Youtubes when I get a chance.

Nice demo! Congrats on your purchase. I would love one of those sequencers. What synths were you controlling? Were they all soft synths?

Thanks! Yeah, all soft, in fact, all Absynth 4 from NI. I'm still trying to work out my space for the hardware. I move my stuff between home and the studio where I work a lot. It is handy to just hook up the computer and learn the Octopus with multiple soft synths. I plan on using the 1st MIDI port for soft synths and sysex backups and the 2nd port for hardware eventually.
