SYMPOSIUM ON THE FUTURE

On Monday, December 6, Robert Moog, Morton Subotnick, Jon Appleton, Laurie Spiegel, Daniel Teruggi, and Max Mathews, all of them pioneers who have played essential roles in inventing electronic instruments, will come together at the Chelsea Art Museum (NYC) for a round table discussion on the future of electronic music. Following the discussion, to celebrate our 10th year, we will host a champagne reception with ambient sounds provided by several EMF Subscribers. This promises to be a very enjoyable once-in-a-lifetime event. Have a look at ...

Yup... not a bad choice at all..

Of course, I have no idea if what they really do is dress up in weird clothes and spend quality time in coffins drenched with animal blood.. [ hmm.. that would make the org pretty much like any trendy mid 80s european nightclub anyway.. so.. well.. join! )
