Subject description: Wondering if I can use it....

Hi --
I used to bundle the free Plumstone SPI with my java-based music theory drills (see eMusicTheory.com), but now that doesn't work for the Intel-based Apples, and the two existing solutions that I know of (MMJ and Mandolane) are much too expensive for me to bundle them; they're about the same price as what I'm charging for my software already.

What's the license and development status of your SPI? I think if it's LGPL then I could use it as long as I included source code... but I've been searching through your website and haven't found any licensing information other than the GPL and LGPL references on the SF project page.

Also, is the library fairly stable?

Thanks!
Rob Whelan

Never mind; I see there are some licensing issues there.
If you do implement a clean impl of a MIDI SPI for OS X, that'd be very welcome, anyway...
