i ordered some spares, as always. and as always some few people will probably withdraw their order, so i am still taking orders (but no money! i will only take money for things i have in stock).

hello all.

the manufacturer scheduled the delivery of the boards on 7th of october. unfortunately i will then have to go on a business travel to the states, followed by a short vacation.
so i fear i will not be able to send out the boards before monday, 26th of october.
i am so sorry for that delay, however i hope you'll understand.

Fonik,

No worries, happy to get them when you have a chance to get round to them. It will probably be months before I get round to them in my project stack anyway.

Have a good business trip and enjoy you holidays, don't worry about us, we'll still be here when you get back. Wink

Regards

Magman

I second that. I've been sitting on my cache of 292c boards so long another 4 weeks won't hurt, and I'm sure your gateswitch board'll be well worth the wait. More time for me to work on a panel design! Very Happy

Assuming Thomas gets another run of the LPG boards done, id like to get on the reserve / cancelations list too, please.

Thanks, Julian

Hi Fonik,

Just to be clear (working on some panel designs which include this in combination with the LPG)...

If I swap J1 with a switch, can I use the circuit independently of the LPG, even though X, Z, X1, Y1, Z1 would still be connected to GND, GND, S5, S1, S3, S6 resp.? Or if used with the LPG, is it impossible to use the circuit independently? Sorry for the dumbo question!

Charlie

i believe you meant JP1 instead of J1? JP1 is the jumper that has to be closed when this board is used in conjunction with the Resonant LPG 292c board.
i don't think it would work the way you mentioned, since you still would mix different signals from different units. you would have to add a switch for the JP1 and the LPG interconnect too. how many poles? seven?
the board originally has been designed as expansion for the LPG 292c. therefor i tried to make this easy.
however, the board can be used as gate controlled switch for other projects or as stand alone...

Thanks for the update Fonik, and thanks for answering my silly question!

I hope you have lots of boards ordered, as I might want more now that I know the answer...

Get well soon!

Matthias,

Boards arrived safely in the UK, despite a postal strike.

Happily added these to my project stack.

hi again,

i did not get response from a quite a number of people about their orders. i don't wanted to send PMs, since that would be quite a few.

don't feel pushed, just let me know about your plans.
