OK, I just bought a 3 day pass with lodging. I guess that means I'll sort some way to get there too. I am not sure I will be bringing anything with me, and I'm not at all sure I want to perform other than jams. It's more logistics than anything. I don't have flight cases for most of this stuff, although those could be fabricated in due course.

I'm happy to volunteer to be useful. That's how I usually survive these events. I'm game to go search out pubs too. :p

Cool

I'm going to try to bring a very minimal rig, but perhaps we could possibly borrow extra gear from some other kind folks who are attending

I've got a little bit of British blood in my lineage, so count me in for say, one eighth or so. Actually I'm Polish, Czech, German, Irish, and British or so I've been told - a European mutt of good peasant stock.

Will individual meals be available for purchase, or only by the ticket/meal package?

Next time hopefully.

But we can be content that Denmark from today has terrestrial HD TV, which is what I have been working on that stopped me coming.

Of course the programs are still crap crap but they look better now!

Currently if you where in denmark you could be watching absolutely free:

9:10Den fantastiske planet (1)
"Sommer i Arktis" Naturprogram fra BBC fra 2009.
Vises i HDSendes i stereoTekst TV
Originaltitel: Nature's Great Events

WHo needs a holiday in America with like minded people when you can have that eh?

Lots of busy cameras there. It usually takes a few days to get them onto the gallery.

Little story here. I was sitting center audience with my eyes closed, letting Bill's pulsing rhythms carry me away, when I happened to open my eyes and saw what I first thought was Bill doing a very curious dance, with his arms waving wildly to the sides. It took a few seconds to realize that Bill was gesturing that he needed the monitors turned down NOW, but that the sound man had slipped away from his post. So I raced to the mixer and gave Bill the indicated aural relief.

Great set, Bill, and nice shot. And thanks for all the work you put into keeping the sounds flowing through and out from the Downstairs during your several tours of duty.

I am reliably told that Hong took about 500 photos. I only have a few from my iPhone and I'm posting from the airport so I can't upload yet. I have 20 gigs worth of recordings though Smile which I'll get to work on shortly.

Great set, Bill, I of course had it on the headphones and it was sweet.

Bill, as I told you in person, that was the most powerful music I've ever heard you play. I was really nervous about doing my laptop battle performance near the end of the show, and when I heard the intensity of your music the nervousness just erased away. I was able to do the performance without any nervousness at all. Thanks, man...

Les
