Paul,

Thank you so much for your massive lifting. You carried the banner to the masses it would seem, next to forever.

Thank you to Howard, Gregg, Hong, Juli, Jeff, and all the others who made this happen. It is behind the scenes where the dreams take substance.

Boat loads of substance.

I was so happy to meet you finally, we talked a lot (well, I talked a lot)... Cool

But yeah, great to match faces to names, and thanks for your help too, you pitched in too, remember?

and I you...

It was so fantastic to put face to name, and flesh out the personalities I've met here. So many wonderful people.

I am fortunate to be able to find myself in such company.

Once again embraced by some of the best the planet has to offer.

Jez, Enjoy the new toy. Watching and hearing you sample the world was most fun!

I totally agree.
Aside from watching that masked figure jamming with Spinning Plates,
seeing Jez enjoy his little Yamaha sampler was one of the highlights for me.

I had a blast myself just playing around with the noisemakers that were left on the swap table.
We should get together and form an orchestra of just gadgets to do an
impromptu noise jam next year.

Audio Atrocity Part Deux!! (check the EM promo video).

Yes indeed, it was great to meet the people behind the monikers! A wonderful group -- a wonderful time.

A big thanks to all those who worked so hard and so long to make this happen.

woah, you were there? who were you? i knew i was probably seeing people there who i knew from the forums, but they didn't have their screennames on their nametags.

also, tangentially related, do you post with the same screenname on another forum? i recognize the name/sig quote combination.

Leaves you in mystery, don't it? This has happened to me, taking a few turns at the forum/festival wheel to sort these connections out.

He looks a little like his avatar.

But, be forewarned, when discussing musical time, he'll talk with you only if you have an engineering background. Or, so he says.

Incidentally, composition time is 15 minutes ahead of performance time, and I proved it on Saturday

I was just fast filtering candidates, I really just meant any hardcore techie who, for example, could find a least common multiple exciting-- I hate it when I make people's eyes glaze over in boredom.

Perhaps he intended "joker" rather than "Joker" -- "improper" in two senses of the word Twisted Evil
