I don't see / hear too much music with Lunettas coming out of this forum, so I thought I'd post something I put together. Along with Lunetta sounds, I used a few public domain field recordings, Synfactory noodles, and a few other synth sounds. Enjoy, comments are very welcome.

Very nice Mark! I have been listening to it while building this morning - Thanks for the tune!

Hi Mark -
I never got anything as complex as that out of it - nice job of mixing all the elements into a great track.

Well - What do you get when cross a Lunetta with a 4 voice VC pitch Drum synth?

I was finishing up the power supply this morning and am buttoning it up right now - knobs tightened up shortly - and barring major unexpected issues it'll be done.
On Rich's site there is a loose build thread with some pics of it in progress.
I'll try to post something here before too long....

bruce

This is a beat I made using (very) short lunetta samples. I'd really like an opinion or two on this as I rarely make 'beats.'

Great stuff! The use of samples is a good idea, it's something that I've only noodled with a bit.

Nice! Could have been Gameboy sounds as well, you can't tell it's been Lunetta when using snippets.

This is a song I created out of the following:

* a chord organ drone I recorded about a year and a half ago, timestretched using a program called 'paulstretch.' it's a high-quality timestretching program that's able to stretch sound files many, many times their original length.

* softsynths: spectrobits, pluggotic sinegen

* a lunetta recording I created earlier this evening. I applied a granular synthesis effect called KTgenerator to give it a little something extra while retaining the lunetta sound(s)

* just a bit of pink noise

Thanks for listening.

Good tunes!

Glad to hear someone is doing some lunetta sampling! I just recently started piping my lunetta stuff into my machinedrum for live sampling... quite enjoyable! I'll try to get some examples up here soon!

Circle: What a lovely combination. The Lunetta, at times unsettling, blipping, crackling , yet sounding completely natural combined with the soothing pads. Nice stereo placement of the Lunetta sounds, leading to a feel of binaural beats effect.
