Thanks, guys. The case is a Boss Enclosures Instrument case (which almost fit the Bridechamber panel exactly -

Yes, it's a case intended for test instruments. The lid/cover fits on rather tightly, so no need to fix it in place for short trips or storage. But for longer trips, it comes with 4 large red plastic snaps (with a large slot-head that would work with a key or Swiss Army knife) that take a quarter turn to lock the lid in place. You can see one of them in the first photo (or by looking at the Boss PDF drawings).

Yes: 1511429. They have different sizes but that's the size that fits the Bridechamber panel almost exactly (as well as a perfect depth).

Looks like he's got a transformer next to the pcb's in the picture. Then there's a normal kettle lead type connection on the top, very neat.
