Yes, I have. At first, I tried to play this like playing the guitar.
But later, I found that the current sitting style is fitter for me, though I am originally a guitarist.

My ribbon is made from rubber black conductive bag which protects
electric parts(like CMOS) from static electricity.

The total resistance of the ribbon is about 500k ohms.

"ZAO" by Doping Olympics

Doping Olympics are
Yuichi Onoue - Kaisatsuko(Original two strings handmade electric instrument), Bass(overdubed)
HAL Motohashi - TAO(Original handmade electric instrument)
Kuritez - Theremin, Percussion

In this video, you can see the performance of two original handmade electric musical instruments
- "TAO" and "Kaisatsuko".

"TAO" is ribbon controller like original handmade instrument which is created by Motohashi.
About the method of playing TAO, pitch is decided by left hand, and pitch range and sound
volume are decided by right hand. For more TAO video clips, please visit Motohashi's Youtube Channel.
http://www.youtube.com/user/HALmotohashi

"Kaisatsuko" is original two strings electric instrument which is created by Onoue.
Rotating wheel rubs the strings like hurdy-gurdy.
