I wish there were adjustments for the velocity and aftertouch responses on the G2. I find that many of the patches I download need to be adjusted. I guess I have a relatively soft touch on the keyboard so I often multiply the velocity outputs by 1.1 or something. This seems to make the keyboard more responsive to me.

Rather than make this adjustmentment in each patch, it would be nice if one could make such an adjustment globally. The same for the aftertouch.

I suggested to Clavia the very same feature for the NordLead3. It never happened.

Is there not a little confusion between range and response curve ? The reponse curve should normaly be defined by the master keyboard . I have 16 different curves for dynamic on my old Elka MK55 even negativ curves. And 8 curves for Aftertouch. Aftertouch can also be assined to other controlers like pitch, modweel, footcontrol, and volume. Ok i'm using the Engine, but
are the master keyboards functions of the G2 so bad ?

It's not that the master keyboard functions are bad; there aren't any period.

Poly-aftertouch is invaluable for drum programming (since I play live into the sequencer) as well. I can't see this as being too difficult to implement on the G2...it goes along with the other voice-specific outputs. The keyboards might never have this, but the modules should absolutely support it.

Thank you for bringing this up!
