Welcome to the forum writesure.

According to the specs all windows versions from Win 98 SE should work. Win 98 plain might work as well, although it is reported sometimes to have trouble with USB.

I suppose it will. I would think the real trick is getting Windows ME to run. Twisted Evil

It will run on ME. I know someone who's name I will not mention who runs it on Win 98.

That's very encouraging as I've almost got the funds in place to purchase a G2x. It's just that , with the nord micro, clavia specificaly listed ME as a compatable OS, were as for some reason they don't list it along with the rest (OS's) for the G2. The "go back" feature of ME has saved my ass on more than one occation. But I'll admit that 98 is probobly more stable.

I also used it on a laptop. Unfortunately, it just died, but this had nothing to do with ME or G2. It was a very low-spec laptop and was sometimes slowed down by the editor, but it worked 100%.
