If you are looking for a performance instrument a bit similar to MorphWiz and Bebot, the buy ThumbJam. It is a sample based instrument the is very expressive. Even if you just get it for the built-in cello, it's worth the price of admission. You can provide your own samples, has very nice and adjustable effects, and is very easy to play expressive lines. It has capabilities to export real-time osc and midi too, so it can be used as a real time controller over wifi.

Anyhow, do not overlook this one. It's easily one of my top 5.

Hi Howard,

I agree with you on this one, it is even nr 1 for me now. So i am wondering, what others are on your top 5?
I am also fond of ibone...something completetly different but fun.

Hard to stack them up. I would say:

Bebot
MorphWhiz
Bowls
ThumbJam
iElectribe

But NanoStudio is probably going to get up there in the list after I learn how to use it.

iElectribe was a dog until someone who has a real Electribe showed me how to use it. Then, I fell in love with it, even though I have never written any music with a square beat.
