Found this piece the other day and thought I'd make my first contribution to electro-music.Com. It's an improvisation: no editing or additional processing. The piece uses the Absyth 4 record function whereby you can overdub patches on the fly and save wave files of the result. This was my first attempt at using Absynth and I enjoy this program!

Yay! Those are some great sounds, James. We "hardware" people were hard going down, but it's time to face the cold, hard facts--software can sound as hard as hardware. No regrets on selling some of the old analog gear, I'm sure. Absynth is ever so much more portable!

Yeah, BTW when will you do your next album? I'm still enjoying 13 Drones. Had it on just the other day...

Watch out, I plan to start mucking around with Ableton Live soon. Talk to you later.

Selling analogue gear is never fun, but it's not the end of the world like some folks think it is.

New album maybe when it gets colder...

I'm looking forward to winter for one reason, and one reason only--to get snowed in and play my synthesizers. Yesiree, that sounds good to me. First order of business is to get Ableton to be my workhorse for playing in public. It's going to be a big job, but it would be worth it to get to the point where I can carry everything I need with two arms, only.
