Several factory patches have NL2 or NL3 on the end of the name and I suspect the patches are a template emulating either keyboard. Is this right, and where did they come from - Nord or contributers on here?

Just curious about them and how much they to emulate the NL2 or 3.

Cheers,
B

Most are done by Clavia, only the NM Classic was able to emulate the NordLead the best having the same sound engine...
BTW those Patches are a little bit cripple in set up, but the sound is good.
The RingModulator module is only used to emulate the Amp modulation, not the NL2 RingModulator, simple because all NL factory Patches are NL1 based Smile

Thanks Wout! They seem too big considering that much of them aren't used in any particular patch. Like all that shaping of modulation which I would not use myself. But its cool to realise that the architecture of a synth can be contained in a small patch.
